The convoy was having trouble sourcing transmission parts so a new plan was formed. The donations for Bakhmut stayed with the Polish convoy and one box of medical donations (bone guns, diabetic needles, tensor bandages, etc.) and some personal protective gear went via autobus to Kyiv for distribution and two of the rucks (field splints, iFaks, nasal airways, and tactical gear and other supplies went via train to Kharkiv.
Train travel is still very slow as sabotage is still a threat and the remedy is a slow and cautious approach.
The plan was to spend a night in Kharkiv and and get picked up as the convoy passed through the next day… or host the team if they made it by nightfall. Going for a walk brough back a lot of Kharkiv memories from the first trip. Those were tough days, everything was a target (note the elementary school).
